Below is my seafood recipe for Curried Tuna Salad With Cashews and Raisins from About.Com Fish and Seafood Cooking, where each week I share my newest seafood recipes and tips.
This week’s recipe for Curried Tuna Salad With Cashews and Raisins, isn’t exactly the classic tuna salad recipe that many of us have enjoyed since we were little.
But in the spirit of “different is good” this is one wonderfully different tuna salad recipe; as exotic and flavorful as it is easy to make.
Rich with the flavor of Indian curry, ginger, cashews, green pepper, and raisins, this recipe is just what the doctor ordered when you’re looking for something quick and easy to make with that something extra.
You can serve this on your favorite sandwich bread, rolls, or stuff it in a pita. This is also excellent served with such Indian breads as chapatis, naan, or paratha.
To make this especially party friendly, you can also serve this on crackers for a nice touch.
