Below is my seafood recipe for Spicy Mojito Mahi Mahi from About.Com Fish and Seafood Cooking, where each week I share my newest seafood recipes and tips.
This week’s recipe for Spicy Mojito Mahi Mahi, features the goodness of lime juice, rum, and mint…just the seafood dish to serve when you want to capture the mellow, relaxed feeling of Summer’s long (and much missed) days.
Made with Mahi Mahi, you might also find this fish labeled as Mahi, Dorado, Dolphinfish, or (gasp) Dolphin. But not to worry. Mahi Mahi is no relation to the similarly named Dolphins we all know and love.
A deliciously moist and flavorful fish, once you try the mighty Mahi Mahi you’ll definitely be back for more.
