Below is my seafood recipe for Crab and Catfish Stuffed Mushrooms from About.Com Fish and Seafood Cooking, where each week I share my newest seafood recipes and tips.
These Crab and Catfish Stuffed Mushrooms are almost as easy to make as they good. (And they are very good indeed.)
A delicious twist on traditional stuffed mushrooms, this party friendly recipe features crab and catfish for a taste that is rich yet nuanced.
Luckily, when I made these I cooked up a double batch, because my guests inhaled them; buttery stuffed mushroom after butter stuffed mushroom.
Because you can use your favorite crackers to make these, it’s very easy to add your own personal touch, depending on what flavor of cracker you choose. (I used Garlic Parmesan.)
