The coconut ginger mussels with bacon sounds decadent. In a way there’s a lot of Asian elements to this dish with the coconut and ginger together - which is actually Indian or Thai depending on your cooking style. And the bacon is a lot like the pork belly you’ll find in some Japanese and Chinese dishes. Thanks for sharing this.
