If you’re looking for something, simple, delicious, and fun to make, you’ll enjoy this recipe for Easy Orange Chipotle Shrimp from the folks at Closet Cooking.
Like most shrimp dishes, this one cooks up very quickly (and will end up being eaten very quickly too).
All you need to do is to marinate the shrimp for 15 or so minutes (enough time to relax a bit and have a glass of wine), then place them on skewers so they’ll be ready to cook.
After that, you can fry them up in a pan or grill them on your electric tabletop or BBQ grill and dinner is served!
