One of my favorite things to serve at parties is homemade nachos and guacamole.
Easy to make and great tasting, there are a million delicious recipe variations for guacamole, a nacho lover’s best friend.
From the classic guacamole we all know and love to variations such as Roasted Garlic, Poblano, and Red Pepper Guacamole, when you serve guacamole at a party, your guests will be sure to pay attention.
Here’s a delicious party friendly appetizer recipe for Edamame Guacamole for Nachos and Tacos from the folks at Two Peas and Their Pod.
This guacamole variation is a great way to enjoy the great taste of fresh avocado and baby soybeans which harmonize together in this dip beautifully.

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 onion, roughly chopped
1/2 jalepeno, finely chopped
Juice of 2 limes
2 to 3 tablespoons water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
