If you haven’t yet made a delicious homemade vinaigrette dressing, you should know that it’s far easier to make one than you might think; as well as fresher and more richly flavored than those generic store bought vinaigrettes from the supermarket aisle.
Of course, a gourmet vinaigrette works well as a classic salad dressing, but it’s also an excellent topping for sandwiches and burgers as well as drizzled on fresh vegetables like asparagus and spinach.
One of the great things about this particular Easy Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe is that if you have an immersion blender, you can make it right in a lidded jar or storage container for convenient transport to picnics and cookouts.
(If not, you can always use a standard whisk or blender to mix it then transfer the vinaigrette to your favorite containers afterwards.)
