Should ‘ol Aristotle show up to your cookout to try to make you feel guilty about indulging yourself, feel free to invoke the Doug DuCap Philosophy Store’s patented Lobster Loophole and set him to work chopping the garlic, cilantro, and green onions.
Ingredients:
8 Lobster Tails, halved
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
3 stalk scallions, chopped
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
1 Red Chili, chopped
