
Looking for an easy, fun dessert you can make on the BBQ Grill at your next cookout?
This delicious, improvisational fruit dessert recipe for Grilled Chocolate Banana Boats from the folks at Aggie’s Kitchen will bring back happy memories of summer camp when you serve it to your friends and family.
You can make them with the banana skins on the grill over indirect heat as the recipe below says (just keep an eye on them to make sure they cook evenly) or if you prefer you can make them in foil closer to the direct heat.
Whatever you decide, it just doesn’t get much easier on a hot and lazy Summer day.

Bananas (As many as you’d like to serve)
Your choice of banana fillings: chopped chocolate candy bars, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, caramels, coconut, marshmallows, chopped nuts, etc.
