Ingredients:
2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 small garlic cloves, peeled
2 small meyer lemons, zest and juice
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons tahini
2 teaspoons sumac
1/2 cup olive oil
maldon salt, to taste (ordinary table, kosher, or gourmet salt works well too)
