If you’re looking for an easy and filling Super Bowl appetizer recipe that doesn’t use too many ingredients, it’s hard to beat these sausage rolls which were inspired by the Scotch rolls that food blogger Kevin Weeks of Seriously Good had at the Ben Reekie Highland Games in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
Since it takes only two ingredients to make these, the quality of the sausage should be as high as possible for the best results since it’s the star of the show.
(I myself favor using a good sage sausage, but any flavorful country sausage will do.)
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb country sausage
