Ingredients:
1 lb lump crab meat
2 strips of bacon, finely chopped
2 Tbsp minced shallots
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup minced parsley
3-4 Tbsp fine cracker or bread crumbs (low salt)
1-1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Pinch of cayenne
1 egg, beaten
1-2 Tbsp heavy cream
2 Tbsp melted butter plus 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

There is nothing like a great Crab Cake. This recipe would also work well with fish!

Made this recipe for dinner tonight. Taste was fantastic, but the presentation was lacking. Would opt to add two eggs to hold the cake together better.
