If you like Cajun food or are a Southerner at heart, no matter how you try, you just can’t go wrong with this combination of andouille sausage and sweet potatoes.
Whoa these are good. And simple. And simply tasty.
Here’s a delicious party friendly appetizer recipe for Andouille and Sweet Potato Kebabs from the folks at Big Red Kitchen.
For those without access to andouille sausage, any sausage will do.

Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into one inch dice, about 32 pieces
olive oil
Kosher salt
black pepper
4 links andouille sausage cut into 32 pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
black pepper
1 T. minced fresh parsley
juice and zest of one lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
