Once you’ve made your cheese ball, your guests are only a few crackers (or celery stalks) away from enjoying this traditional Christmas holiday appetizer.
Best of all, cheese balls can be made the night before (in fact it’s better if you do) so you can spend more time with your friends and family and less time in the kitchen.
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 T. dry sherry
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 t. curry
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
