2 cans tuna (in water), drained
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
zest of 1 lemon
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
dash of pepper
Ingredients for the Spiced Eggs:
4 boiled eggs, peeled
dash Chinese 5 spice
dash red chili pepper
dash salt
