
I can’t believe it’s only been a little over a year since I started sharing a few of my own original recipes on this blog.
Since then, “a few” has turned into more than 100 original recipes (so far) which you can see below.
Even better, my new cookbook with Linda Beaulieu, the Knack Fish & Seafood Cookbook: Delicious Recipes for All Seasons will be published Summer 2010 as part of the popular Knack Make it Easy Series from Globe Pequot Press.

The blog was started December 2007, but it took me a few months after that to get comfortable with blogging enough to start sharing my own recipes online. So glad I did!

I am sitting here on a Sunday morning, feeling a little guilty because I got engrossed when I came across your recipe collection…and did not make it to church! Your recipes all sound so delicious, and your style of writing is entertaining, and enlightening, without being too technical for average folk like me. My husband and I both like to cook and we will have fun trying out many of your recipes! Keep up the good work!
