I can’t believe how short the time has been since I started posting a few of my own original recipes on this blog.
Since then, a few has turned into more than 100 original recipes (so far) which you can see below.
Even better, I’m now the guide on About.Com Fish and Seafood Cooking, where each week I share my newest seafood recipes and tips to help you cook your favorite fish with confidence and ease.
Also, my seafood cookbook with Linda Beaulieu, the Knack Fish & Seafood Cookbook: Delicious Recipes for All Seasons has been published as part of the popular Knack Make it Easy Series from Globe Pequot Press. The book features 256 pages of illustrated step-by-step recipes, helpful photographs, and practical techniques for making outstanding meals from the fish and seafood most commonly found in supermarkets.
As always, please feel free to share your thoughts about any recipes you take out for a culinary test drive from the blog.
Enjoy!

Wow, thank you all so much for your kind words!
The blog was started December 2007, but it took me a few months after that to get comfortable with blogging enough to start sharing my own recipes online. So glad I did!

Hello!
I am sitting here on a Sunday morning, feeling a little guilty because I got engrossed when I came across your recipe collection…and did not make it to church! Your recipes all sound so delicious, and your style of writing is entertaining, and enlightening, without being too technical for average folk like me. My husband and I both like to cook and we will have fun trying out many of your recipes! Keep up the good work!
