April’s Free Cookbook Preview…
Been to Google Books lately? Google Books has been gradually placing the full text of thousands of books online, many of them free full previews of culinary books that are either out-of-print or have been added online with the permission of their publishers.
One of the latter gems we’ve recently stumbled upon is The Six O’Clock Breakfasts Cookbook, a 79 page book of quick breakfast recipes that make it easier for your kids (or your sleepy night owl spouse) to make it to the table by Pierre Ange (a.k.a. Peter Engel), which was published in 2007.
Additionally, many of the recipes in this book are easy enough to use to help introduce children to the pleasures of cooking.
You can read the whole book for free on Google Books here…enjoy!
