This reminds me of a great St. Patrick’s Day celebration in a club where I used to work many years.
At the time the St. Patrick’s Days was completely new to us Chinese, and my boss, an Irishman, invited a band from his country and get the club chef together planned a buffet dinner….. a bit stressed at first, as nowhere to get the right decorations, ingredients, etc. for the event, finally we had asked some help from other hotels….anyway, everything ended well…….
