Here’s a quick and easy breakfast in bed friendly recipe for Shrimp With Eggs (I-Heart-Shrimp) from the folks at Teczcape.
Like many breakfast recipes, this is a very informal recipe, so most of the ingredient amounts are to taste.
Medium/large shrimp dabbed dry, seasoned with pepper, sliced to half (but not completely separated, tip of shrimp intact)
eggs
cilantro
soy sauce
salt
black pepper
