Here’s a comforting yet sophisticated recipe for Smoked Salmon Ravioli from the folks at Palachinka.

Ingredients:
For the Filling:
200 g potatoes
250 g smoked salmon
1 small red onion
10 g butter
For the Dough:
200 g flour
100 g semolina
3 eggs
salt
For the Sauce:
80 g butter,
a few branches of dill,
1 tsp of red peppercorns

Just found you via Twitter. Let me say, I’m glad I did. I lived in the Carolinas as a kid, and I adore (and miss) the area. I’ve always said I couldn’t visit again, or I’d quit whatever it was I was doing, on the spot, never to return.
