Ingredients:
5 or 6 very large quahogs (four inches wide or larger - get ‘em huge!)
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup finely minced onion
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
8 ounces Ritz or Keebler Townhouse crackers
1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1 rounded tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

OK, this looks just fab. Where do you recommend buying seafood? My Moncks Corner supplier recently closed. Geez, I make him sound like a dealer.

Hi Heather!
Most of the shrimpers and crabbers, etc. that I’ve been out with on the boats sell their catch directly to Crosby’s. They have a great variety of seafood as well as two locations (Folly Beach and Downtown).
Marvin’s Seafood on Dorchester Road in N. Charleston also gets fresh seafood in every day. Plus, they make delicious fried seafood platters for takeout.
